PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you buy something from our shop as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and e-mail address. When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

PART 2 - CONSENT
How do I give my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we agree to collect and use that information only for that specific reason. If we request your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent or give you the opportunity to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of use.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general application. The data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose to use a direct payment portal to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. The data is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, the transaction data is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, an alliance of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PART 5 - KLARNA
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may provide your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna during the checkout process so that Klarna can assess your suitability for their payment methods and tailor those payment methods to you. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.
Billpay/Klarna payment options: In order to offer you Klarna's payment options and assess your suitability, we may share your personal data with Klarna and Billpay at checkout. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna's and Billpay's Privacy Policies.

SECTION 6 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third party service providers engaged by us will only collect, use and disclose your data to the extent necessary to provide the services they perform for us.
However, some third parties, such as payment gateways and other processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide for purchase-related transactions. We encourage you to read their policies to understand how they handle your data.
Some providers may operate in a jurisdiction different from ours or yours. If you complete a transaction using a third-party provider, your data may become subject to the laws of the provider's jurisdiction.
For example, if you are in the UK and the transaction is processed by a US-based provider, your personal data may be disclosed under US law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our shop’s website or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
Links: When you click on links in our shop, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Google Analytics: Our shop uses Google Analytics to track visits and page views.

SECTION 7 - SECURITY
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standards to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
When you provide your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply other accepted industry standards.

SECTION 8 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies we use, so you can decide whether to disable them:

  • _session_id: unique token, session – allows Shopify to store session info (referrer, landing page, etc.)
  • _shopify_visit: no data held – kept for 30 minutes after the last visit, used for internal stats tracking
  • _shopify_uniq: no data held – expires midnight next day, counts visits by a single customer
  • cart: unique token, 2 weeks – stores cart content
  • _secure_session_id: unique token, session
  • storefront_digest: unique token, undefined – used to determine if a visitor has access if shop has a password
  • PREF: set by Google – tracks visits and referral source

 

SECTION 9 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have given us permission for any minor dependents to use this website.

SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If significant changes are made, we will notify you here. If we are acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owners to continue service to you.

SECTION 11 - SMS MARKETING TERMS
We use a text messaging platform governed by these terms. By subscribing, you agree to receive SMS messages (order updates, cancellations, marketing). You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase details will be shared with "SMSBump Inc", based in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU), for targeted messaging. Messages are sent through SMS providers to ensure delivery.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message or use the unsubscribe link. Other opt-out methods are not valid. Message and data rates may apply. Send HELP for help. For additional questions, contact us.
