SHIPPING POLICY

At Morgan Manchester, shipping is always free — no minimum order required. We want to keep things simple, transparent, and reliable for every customer.

We currently deliver directly from our international warehouse to your door, which allows us to keep our prices low without compromising on quality. Most deliveries to the UK arrive within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

We take pride in how we handle your order and make sure it’s packaged with care. If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging is visibly torn, please email Support@morgan-manchester.com with photos of the package. Be sure to retain both the packaging and the item, as they may be needed for a claim.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at Support@morgan-manchester.com to request return instructions. We cannot accept returns that haven’t been pre-registered with our support team. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We may ship from different fulfilment locations to minimise unnecessary steps in the supply chain, helping us reduce waste and environmental impact. While we don’t market ourselves as a sustainability brand, we do take care to operate responsibly wherever possible.

Note: If the customer refuses delivery or does not collect their order within the specified period (usually 5-7 days), we (the merchants) are not responsible for the refusal of delivery and cannot provide a refund.
